Membership Renewals: Renewal forms for 2020 membership were mailed to 2019 eligible members in early September. Please send in your renewal form as soon as possible and absolutely before the drop-dead due date of January 31, 2020. After that you must re-apply as a 2020 new member with all the new member stipulations including the work party requirements. Reminder: Guests MUST have their guest pass displayed with their host member’s membership card on the corresponding range board clips when shooting. ALL Members MUST display their membership card on the corresponding range board clips when shooting, not on a lanyard around your neck or pinned on a hat.
Fish Pond: Volunteers are needed to help with the fish pond. Anyone interested in helping out please contact Jim Haller (717) 336-5265.
Trap Program Chairperson Needed: We are seeking candidates to replace Lee Kerschner who is retiring August 2020 as Trap Chairman after 10 years of service. One or multiple people can share the duties of the position desired, which includes running the registration desk along with determining winners and reconciling the funds after the monthly Sunday shoot. All administration is done on the Club provided laptop computer and the Lewis Class scoring is handled by a software program on the computer. If you are interested in this position please talk to Lee at a Sunday trap shoot, call him at 610-678-5792, or email him at email@example.com. He will be happy to answer your questions about the position and train you thoroughly during the transition, as well as answer questions once you are in the position.
Sunday Breakfast Chairperson Needed: We are seeking candidates to replace John Higinbotham who is retiring December 2019 as Sunday Breakfast Chairman after many years of service. One or multiple people can share the duties of the position desired, which includes ordering the food, organizing volunteers to work in the kitchen on the second Sunday of each month, then reconciling the funds after the breakfast. If you are interested in this position please call Jon at 717-203-8043. He will be happy to answer your questions about the position and train you during the transition, as well as assist once you are in the position.

The Handgun Range will be closed on the first Saturday each month for the Tactical Handgun Match.
The Rifle and Pistol Ranges will be closed during the Monthly Trap Shoot on the second Sunday of each month until 4:00pm.
The Skeet Fields will be closed to practice on Saturday January 25th, February 22nd, and April 4th for Central Penn Skeet League matches.
The Skeet Fields will be closed Saturday November 7, 14, and 21, 2020 for rifle shooters to prepare for deer season.
All ranges and other facilities will be closed on Work Party days from 8:00am to 12:00pm. The 2020 Work Parties are tentatively scheduled for March 28, May 9, June 13, August 8, September 12, and October 10, 2020.
