Online renewal of your 2025 Membership for 2026 Membership opened October 1st and closed December 31, 2025. If you missed the December 31st deadline you will still be able to renew starting January 1, 2026 until January 31, 2026 but at the Late Renewal fee of $70.00
2025-26 renewal will close completely January 31, 2026 and your only option then for membership is to re-join as a new member, with the Orientation and Work Party requirements of a new member regardless of how long you had previously been a member.
Your Username is your email address that you previously provided to us. Members logging in for the first time should type in your email address into the Username field. Then click on the “Lost Your Password” link below it. You will receive a two-step verification email with a temporary Password to login for the first time. If you do not receive this verification email immediately, please check your Spam In-Box as several internet providers will send it there or block it altogether. If you do not receive it, please send an email to membership@cocalicosportsmen.org and we will send you a Temporary Password to login.
After signing into your record, go to Profile Details and update any incorrect or missing information, especially your mailing address, and create your own personal Password at the bottom of the page for future access. Click “Save Changes” when finished. DO NOT CHANGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IN THIS RECORD!!! To change your email address, notify membership@cocalicosportsmen.org with your old and new email address and we will make that change.
To renew your 2025 membership for 2026 just click on “Membership” and you’ll see a “Renew” button to the far right on the screen. Please note that although it says 2025 membership you are renewing your 2025 membership for 2026. Click on that icon and pay the online renewal fee by Visa, Master Card, or Discover credit card. This is a third-party safe and secure online payment method and Cocalico Sportsmen does not see nor retain your credit card information.
If you are not finding your Member Profile when you enter your current Email/Username, or you wish to change your email address, please send an email to membership@cocalicosportsmen.org with your name, postal mailing address, and your old and new email addresses. We will update your record online and confirm to you by email with further instructions for you to then gain access to the system. DO NOT CHANGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IN YOUR MEMBER RECORD!!!
Please disregard the notation showing your 2025 Membership Status expires on September 30, 2025. This September 30th date is for system operation only. It must show “Expired” in order for you to renew online for 2026. Your 2025 Membership Card is still valid for use of the facilities until December 31, 2025.
After you renew online, please do not worry that your membership still shows 2025. Your record will be updated in early 2026 to reflect your current member status.
