New Membership Application Process

New membership applications are accepted only online by clicking on the Online Membership Application link at the bottom of this page. Please note it will require an email address to submit. Once your membership is approved your email address will become your Username used to access your online record in our membership database, and for future year’s online membership renewal and payment.

New Member dues are not submitted with the application, payment will only be made at an Orientation Meeting you must attend after your application is approved and you have been notified as such.

Membership is open to anyone 18 years of age or older. New Member Applications will be submitted for approval by the members in attendance at the next monthly Membership Meeting after receipt of the application. By signing the New Member Application, you agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the Club, and that violations of such may be grounds for dismissal, without remuneration.

Currently there are no restrictions on new memberships, however a Prospective Member may be denied membership if a known history of dismissal from another sportsman’s club, or significant conduct or safety concerns, is expressed to the members in attendance at the monthly Membership Meeting where your application is considered. Prospective Members do not require sponsorship by a Current Member, but all new member applications must be approved at a monthly membership meeting.

If membership is approved, the Applicant will immediately receive an email from the Membership Chairperson advising them of approval with instructions to attend an upcoming Orientation Meeting where you will pay the $50.00 New Member Dues and receive your new membership card. The Orientation Meeting will introduce new members to all aspects and activities of the club, all rules, regulations and, most importantly, the expectations for using the facilities in a safe and responsible manner. Orientation Meetings will be held the second Sunday of every month at 10:00am, and the fourth Tuesday of every month at 6:30pm. Reservations are not needed for any Orientation, just show up at the designated time to the lower entrance to the clubhouse.

2025 New Member Dues are $50.00 the first year, and are not prorated.

Approved New Members attending Orientation in September 2024 through August 2025 will have 2025 membership privileges good through December 31, 2025. Approved New Members attending Orientation in September 2025 through August 2026 will have 2026 membership privileges good through December 31, 2026.

To be eligible to renew your 2025 membership for 2026 you must participate in (1) scheduled Work Party during your first year only of membership. Failure to do so will preclude you from renewing your membership for 2026, and you would then have to reapply as a 2026 New Member, following the same application process you just completed, including approval and the Work Party requirement.

Alternatively, you may pay a Work Party Waiver Fee of $100.00 in addition to your $50 New Member dues at Orientation, or any time thereafter up to December 31, 2025 to be eligible for 2026 renewal.

Work Party exemptions without fees are available for active-duty military service and those with physical disabilities preventing manual labor.

The 2025 Work Party dates are March 22, May 10, June 14, August 9, September 13, and October 11.

The 2026 Work Party dates are tentatively scheduled for March 28, May 9, June 13, July 11, August 8, September 12, and October 10.

Please check the Calendar of Events on this website for final dates. Work parties run from 8:00am until 12:00pm. No reservations are needed; simply show up prepared for outdoor work. All current members are also welcome to participate, and all help is appreciated.
